Sweet pea has the odd habit of sleeping on plastic bags. There was one in my front hallway, and I noticed that she pulled it into a kind of nest and curled up in it. Right now she is fast asleep by my feet on a trash bag I was using to discard the old holey socks I discovered in a still unpacked card board box. Yes, I still have unpacked boxes. Every time I get enthusiastic about unpacking more boxes I end up throwing out my back. I have no motivation to unpack.
But I find the plastic bag as a bed thing fascinating. Did someone in the first 11 weeks of sweet pea's life make her sleep on plastic? Inquiring minds want to know.
Sweet pea comes out of her shell a little more every day. She is getting bolder by the minute. In a totally adorable way. Her tummy is not happy though. Sweet pea hasn't had a real solid movement since we got her, but the food I tried to give her yesterday really did a number on her belly. Today I tried a "raw" food ( I have to keep it in my freezer) and she gobbled it down, and puked 4 minutes later. Luckily, she puked outside, so I didn't have to clean it up the way I cleaned up her poop on my pajama bottoms (goodbye pajama bottoms) and the poop by the garage door. So far there are two rugs that need to be cleaned and one that will go in the trash. I didn't like the trash one anymore anyway. It wsa a scrap I got for my bathroom and then I painted the bathroom and it doesn't fit anymore.
Sweet pea i snow a champion at sit and down. My list of other tricks includes shake and wait/take it, and beyond that I don't remember what they taught me in previous puppy classes. It's been such a long time!
This cold weather is just about killing me. I could hibernate until late March, easily.
