I did drag my cheap butt to the letter-mart store, where they did have a $13 card reader and voila! I got my stuff off of the memory card! Woo Hoo!
So here is without further ado, because how much can I write about dead stuff without showing some proof, are three dead things that I have recently photographed! Yay dead things!
No eyes! Creepy.
The bunny I found on my last trip back to stepford.
The first two are kind of self explanatory but the last one was a hummingbird that lil sis presented to me in a little tupperware container on a bed of kleenex. So cute! I pointed out to her that it was dead and that it probably didn't the cushion! The hummingbird was amazing. It had a red collar that lit up like it was painted onto christmas tree tinsel. And then it also had the same thing going on with it's tiny green feathers on it's tiny green back. The whole little bird was tiny I couldn't get a close up! Also, I made the mistake of trying to blow some lint off of it and had to fetch it from where I blew it to. Duh! The part that killed was that I couldn't position it to get the red and the green glowing in the same photo. Also, it was so reflective that it totally threw off my light meter. What fun! I saved it and I realized after the fact that one of the packers had packed it. Bwah ha haha! Wonder what they were thinking when they saw it! I can't wait to see if it is wrapped in paper or what.
In one word: WOW!
Can't repeat that enough, especially for a subject matter I would have thought I'd feel no affinity for.
Respect, Click, major respect.
And again: WOW!
