Sheeeeet.
I forgot to update for the HOT 100!
It's the same update as every week.
Exercise- AWESOME, and that is awesome even though I succumbed to the family plague of the week. Somehow I managed to get to the posh club early enough in the day to get the job done while still half asleep and totally in denial before the reality of the plague sunk in. I suppose I should extend a formal apology to the entire membership in advance. I did use plenty of hand sanitizer for all of our benefits, if that helps. I elected to skip the weigh in this week because I knew from my home scale that it was just bad news. I've been eating too much and can tell by the AM puffiness of the under eye bags I only have when retaining serious water that I am not in peak weigh in form.
Food- This is where I exhale loudly in disgust and shame because there is no way to turn honesty into funny. I am ashamed of how poorly I eat, it's so self destructive, yet I continue to reach for the fridge. I have replaced fatty foods, which I can't eat because of the gall bladder thing with sugar. Though I find myself carefully sneaking in just enough fat that I don't have an attack but do occasionally feel some soreness in the gall bladder area. This week the totally bad crap I binged on was mostly raw GF Vegan cookie dough and gum drops. I also went overboard with GF bread stuff.
Cleaning- HAHAHAHA. thought for a moment that some of tht might get down since I was held captive in the house with sick kids for the past three days but in all honesty, my halloween decorations still need to come down. There was no out of the ordinary (dishes and laundry) cleaning this week.
I haven't gone back and checked, but I think I allowed one week off in the original post.
It's hard to stay on track when you are sick. I really hope you feel better this week!

I'm glad you got some exercise in, even with the "plague". Good for you.
I hope you have a better week with food. I have no wisdom to offer as I've been as bad as anyone could be when it comes to that.
I think I'll do better this week just because I'm so sick of writing about my failure.
I give you so much credit for handling 3 kids (not to mention 3 sick kids). Clearly, you can do anything.
