Baby's first ticket(s)

One is for going the wrong way down the street and the other is for not having a current insurance card in the car. I'm more upset that the cop who gave him the tickets told him he looked stoned! And then remarked that Matt wasn't looking him in the eye. I'd like to punch the guy in the guy in the eye! Matt told him he always looks stoned and that not making eye contact was a bad habit of his. The fun never ends.
