Nice job on the show...and on the run! A big day indeed!

Hey...regarding your post over on my blog....BMI is not the number you need to care about. That is simply a measure of weight for height. The number you need to care about is bodyfat percentage.

Someone with a "healthy" BMI of 23 can still be too fat. Someone with a "unhealthy" BMI of 30 could actually be ripped with muscle and have very low fat. BMI is not a good measure. Bodyfat percentage is the key. :) Now....go sleep!
