HI! I've been visiting your blog for awhile and thought that I would delurke! :0)

I just want to say good luck on your weight loss. I also had enough with my weight and in January - after four kids (13 to 2 years) and enough baby weight that during the last pregnancy almost no one knew I was pregnant until I was 7 months along - that I decided to start working out and just cutting my meals in half. So, I say - Go Girl!

I decided to read the Dr. Phil book. I would recommend it - not for the "what foods to eat" part - but it has an excellant section on decoding why we eat and the "talk" we use with ourselves. With that little section I was able to start working out again. I've lost 30 pounds since Feburary by eating normal, non-diet food (I'm allergic). Another thing that has helped is at work (and you could start with just a group of friends) we started a Biggest Loser contest -I didn't know I was soooo competitive!
