I got boobs early. By the time I was in 6th grade I had my own personal B-umper-crop going on under my shirt. By 7th grade I thought they were C-olossal, little did I know. The following year I left Junior High school with impressive D-imensions. Unfortunately, it wasn't over for me because once into High School my D-D-D-imensions rapidly changed, except this was before the world was on my personal computer and D-D-D-inotherian bras were hard to find, so I had to find D-D-ouble wides that ran big. I wore that size until I became pregnant with Matt and at that point I reblossomed. Suddenly in my 3rd month of pregnancy I lost circulation when wearing a bra, so I sped off to the local maternity shop and walked out with a bra of G-igantean proportions. I recall standing in front of the mirror and thinking "OMG I am a freak." It was scary.
My life for the next 11 or so years was full of pregnancy and nursing and my boobs were up and down. I recall having a J-umbo bra, but suspect that brand ran on the small side. Mostly I have been back and forth between H-ulky and G-rand.
In the past couple of weeks I noticed that girls were hanging a bit more south than usual, and I suspected that while I was wearing the proper size a month ago when I was first sized, that I may have had some kind of shift in size. I naturally, assumed it was in the number size since I never expected the girls to leave me, but alas, I went back to my new favorite department store, got remeasured and the girls can now sit comfortably in a F-ull house, which means that I still have a a great D-D-D-eal of bossom, but now I have hopes that one day I may back in the land of plain old non-freak E-normity. It would be nice.
One reason to celebrate the new size, is that not only did I stroll out of the store with a purple bra, but I also bought (according to the saleswoman) Oprah's favorite style, in a lovely milk chocolate brown color. When I see my babes on Friday for book group I'll be wearing Oprah's favorite and you know am totally going to flash the babes, probably multiple times.
I remember the days of the mail order custom bras! Did you ever get that graduation present from your parents!?
Love you!

HA! maybe we could be sisters! I was in a double d by the end of fifth grade.. first pregnancy took me up to a G cup.. dear god the back pain! Now, after multiple children, weight fluctuations and well, lets face it, gravity, I'm finally back down to a DD again and I relish being able to buy and WEAR purple bras that don't look like Madonnna CONE rejects. :D

I have been a 36 B for years. Even when I was pregnant, not much happened.
