Remember last summer when I said I could pull my shorts down without unbuttoning them? Well, I have been wearing those baggy shorts since I am hoping to be even less of myself next summer and why buy new ones at the end of the season. Right? Today I went to the store to get some pants for this fall and I took a size smaller than the shorts into the dressing room. They seemed to fit, but then I thought they did have some extra room in the belly so I asked the sales lady to get me another size down, and THEY FIT PERFECTLY!! I AM TWO SIZES DOWN PEOPLE!!! I am so doing the happy dance over here. happy happy happy woo.....

Congratulations! What an awesome feeling that must be. Doesn't it stink not wanting to buy clothes though cuz you ultimately want another size anyway?

You know, I actually found it quite freeing. I typically go with boring basics but this time, thinking I was only going to have them for one season, I purchased baby blue cords and funky velour striped jeans. I feel like a kid in the candy shop (One with money to burn!).
